These idyllic south facing country cottages were originally built in the early 1900’s to accommodate families working on the farm at Ardmiddle Mains. Both cottages have now been transformed into charming self-catering holiday retreats in the centre of rural Aberdeenshire providing the perfect location to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside. Nestling in their own landscaped and wooded garden wildlife and birds can often be viewed in the grounds and on the quiet farm walks.

Accommodation

Eastwood and Westlea cottages provide the ideal base for touring Aberdeenshire’s wealth of attractions and activities. The castle, whisky and coastal trails are only minutes away but so too is the River Deveron for fishing, over 70 fantastic golf courses and arts, crafts and country leisure pursuits.

Both cottages are well-equipped 4 * STB graded providing a high standard of comfortable holiday accommodation for four people each. A welcoming open fire in the spacious living/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen gives a cosy atmosphere to the family area.

All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with 1 twin bedroom upstairs and 1 double bedroom downstairs. The ample accommodation has room for an extra pull out bed or cot. The downstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin and shaver point.
