Walking

Walking on BennachieGrampian has a wealth of walks for all abilities, from easy walks to more difficult mountain scrambles. Each season welcomes something new and offers a tremendous variety of scenery and spectacular skylines, clean fresh air and the scents of nature at their best.

From footpaths in Buchan to the imposing mountains of the Cairngorms and along craggy cliffs to sandy beaches. rosehipStroll alongside the waters of Royal Deeside around the spectacular Loch Muick or ramble over Bennachie and view the iron-age forts while taking in the panoramic scenery of the North-East. Watch dolphins from the Moray coastline or simply amble around Ardmiddle Mains farm tracks.
