Period of Let

The self-catering cottages are available for let on a weekly and short break basis at the tariff indicated.  Bookings are from 3.00 pm on day of arrival until 10.00 am on departure day.  Please advise if arriving later than 6.00 pm. Prior contact will confirm access details.

Repair

Please ensure that the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings remain in the same state of repair, cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Please alert owner of any breakages or malfunction of services immediately.

Pets

Pets must be kept under strict control at all times.  Dogs must not be left alone in or around the cottages and all animal hairs must be removed from carpets and furniture.

Access

The property owner shall be allowed access to the holiday cottage at any reasonable time during the occupancy.

Liabilities

The property owner is absolved of any responsibility for accident, illness, injury or losses sustained while on the holiday property, however caused.

Payment

A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking.  This deposit will be non-returnable in the event of later cancellation.  The balance of payment is due not later than six weeks before the letting commences.  If the cottage is booked less than six weeks from the commencement of let, the full charge shall be payable on confirmation of booking form.

On Line Booking System

All bookings made through online booking system are provisional until confirmed by the owner of the property
